You might of seen this hashtag #shoplocal floating around on social media as its a big buzzword at the moment.  But I wanted to explain what it means to local shops.  We've been closed for 20 weeks so far this year with the prospect of even more to come, nearly half the year.   Covid-19 has destroyed many lives and livelihood's.   Local business's are closing all over Ireland and in fact, the world.  So we stay at home and shop online as its all we can do.  When you do this, quite often we forget where we are shopping...
